ONOSOKKIDual-channel multi-function digital speed indicatorTM-5100This is a two-channel digital tachometer that receives independent rotation signals from two rotating bodies, calculates and displays the respective rotation speeds, speed ratios, and speed differences. The input signals of each channel can be corrected with independent coefficients, which can be set arbitrarily from 0.0001 to 99.999 times. Therefore, in addition to the rotation speed, it can be converted into any physical quantity depending on the object to be measured and the purpose. For example, it can measure the speed ratio and speed difference of the conveyor line, as well as the parameters on the production line such as the reduction rate (elongation), tension rate, and slip rate in the pressing and rolling process of steel plates, papermaking, and aluminum plates. In addition, if independent upper and lower limit comparators are set in each channel, the rotating body can be monitored and controlled. According to the different purposes and usage environments, our company also has a large number of electromagnetic, magnetoelectric speed sensors and photoelectric sensors, rotary encoders, and TM-5100 tachometers, which can be used in conjunction with the TM-5100 tachometer to build a suitable measurement and control system. It can calculate and display the signals from the two rotating bodies.
